Through movement and touch, smell, sound, sight and taste, we will be using all of our senses in a very mindful way to slow down, be present and deeply connect within.

Our beautiful day together will start with Alex @breathingyoga who will guide us through gentle, mindful movement, breath work and deep relaxation, to connect mind, heart and body, all with a stunning lake setting as the back drop - weather permitting!

Following this nourishing practice, we will have a delicious and healthy lunch with time spent in the beautiful grounds.

The afternoon will then be led by Sami @hope_holistic_therapies who will give a brief introduction to aromatherapy, talk about the power of essential oils, and our sense of smell and touch. In this workshop, you will get to choose your own personal aromatherapy blend, learning about the properties and benefits of each oil. You will then get to give and receive hand massages to really feel the benefits of these oils and to completely relax your whole being.

We will finish our day together with a heart - expanding Cacao experience and a beautiful sound journey with energy healing.

Thai Massage is an ancient therapeutic healing system, developed and evolved in South East Asia.

TM focuses on working the body holistically using a combination of mobilisation, stretching and compression techniques (along the ‘sen’ -energy lines) to release congestion, adhesions and stagnancy in the muscle, soft tissue and joints of the body.

This combination of techniques helps to balance and align the body to encourage space and mobility in the bones & joints, improve circulation in the muscles, tendons and ligaments and improve function in the vital organs. It is highly effective at treating pain and injury and addressing bad postural patterns and can aid in overcoming physical and emotional blockages.

It is traditionally worked on a mat on the floor with clothes.
