In a sound immersion the bowls, their crystalline structure and I are holding the space for you to find deep relaxation, to focus on blockages in your body, to just be.

Immerse into the sound, let the frequencies enter your body, without expectations, to find a new world within.

Trust the experiences your body wants and listen.

Mandala - a geometric formation of symbols and represents a spiritual journey, starting from outside to the inner core, through layers. Meet your inner self through the geometric formation of sound. The singing bowls will support this process for each participant.

Please wear very comfortable warm clothes and bring with you if possible: a mat, a blanket, and a cushion (or pillow).
