Sentient

‘Sentient comes from the Latin sentient-, "feeling," and it describes things that are alive, able to feel and perceive, and show awareness or responsiveness. Having senses makes something sentient, or able to smell, communicate, touch, see, or hear.’

Sentient
= a yoga, mindfulness, deep relaxation and aromatherapy mini-retreat to soften your body, rest your mind and awaken your senses.

Sunday
Oct 29th
10 am - 1.30 pm

£48/ £35 (concessions)
(includes your own aromatherapy blend and hot drinks)

In the morning, Alex @breathingyoga will guide us through gentle, mindful movement, breath work and deep relaxation. Following this nourishing practice, Sami @hope_holistic_therapies will give a brief introduction to aromatherapy, how you can use essential oils in our daily lives and about the power of smell.
In this workshop we will be working with 3 different oils in particular, learning about their properties, benefits etc. Using this aromatherapy blend, you will then give and receive hand massages to really feel the benefits of these oils and to completely relax your whole being.

For bookings and enquiries please DM us or go to the link in our bio.

When visiting The Yoga Barn please always consider walking, cycling or car sharing to lower impact on our precious environment.
