about Alex & The Yoga Barn (Hele)
Alex is Yoga and tantra student, teacher and Yoga therapist. She is Guardian of the Sacred Cacao Medicine and a student and practitioner of Shamanic Ancestral Healing arts; a Reiki master and a Thai Yoga & Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage therapist. She has dedicated her adult life to using these ancient tools and teachings to help herself and others finding a way to live and love with more ease and openness. Alex is the founder of The Yoga Barn Devon (est.2010) and a curator and promoter of community orientated, well-being experiences and events.
