about Alex
Alex is Yoga and tantra student, teacher and Yoga therapist. She is Guardian of the Sacred Cacao Medicine and a student and practitioner of Shamanic Ancestral Healing practices; a Reiki master/ teacher and a Thai Yoga massage therapist. She has dedicated her adult life to using these tools and teachings to help herself and others finding a way to live and love with more ease and openness. Together with her family, she has envisioned and created The Yoga Barn, a sacred and creative community space by the sea where heart-minded friends can meet, share and be, tenderly.
